How safe is Cendit?
Without the tightest of security, there is no Cendit. It’s as important to us as it is to you.

We use trusted bank accounts and banking partners Worldwide for transferring money and, of course, we keep customer money separate from our operational accounts.

We have a specialised team who are regularly trained and review processes to make sure that we are watertight against the latest threats. All your transactions are protected by industry standard HTTPS encryption. This keeps all of your information safe with us. We are regulated and recognised worldwide.

We also recommend you add a Verification Code to all your transactions in case you send your money to the wrong person.

Is Cendit regulated?
Yes, Cendit is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for handling Electronic Money under it's license 900515.

What is a Verification Code?
Is a 5 digit alpha numeric code you can add to your transaction when you type in a message to your recipient. You must take a note of this code to then give to the recipient to access their money. The recipient has 3 tries with this code before it is automatically refunded to yourself, where you may incur a fee.
